British Coast - Stage 019 - Brightlingsea to Clacton
9th October 2022. Starting from the Brightlingsea ferry landing at Point Clear, after a brief detour through Point Clear's residential streets, the coastal path skirts the salt marshes of Ray Creek, Colne Point and St Osyth. Then passing the seaside resorts and sandy beaches of Seawick and Jaywick, with their views of the Gunfleet Sands wind farm. Finally reaching Clacton-on-Sea, with its pier, Martello towers and holiday atmosphere. 10 miles.
