British Coast- Stage 027 - Aldeburgh to Southwold
4th September 2023. From Aldeburgh under a radiant blue sky, past the Sizewell nuclear power station. Beside the Minsmere nature reserve and across Dunwich Heath, the Dingle Marshes, and the Greyfriars medieval friary at Dunwich, a reminder of times long gone when this was an important centre of trade. Finally reaching the River Blyth where it meets the sea at Walberswick, with its foot ferry across to Southwold. 16 miles.
