Seven photographers (Abel Carmenate, Xavier Carvajal, Maité Fernández, Elio Miniello, Enrique Smith, Gonzalo Vidal and Jorge Villa) have come together to put on an exhibition and publish a book, capturing on film the Cuban and international musicians performing at Havana’s Jazz Plaza festival over the years.
This book combines the poetry of Anna Lidia Vega Serova with the photography of Gonzalo Vidal. Presented in bilingual (Spanish original and English translation) format, in which text and image are brought together in poetic conversation.
